Our 55th Reunion will be the weekend of August 14-15, 2015 – the same weekend that the Sequoia Alumni Association will be holding its annual picnic on campus for graduates from all years. And we'll be joining them.
So we’ll be getting together with our own class and with some others, and maybe some faculty, that we also remember.

We truly hope you will be there.
Hard to belieev, but planing is now underway for our Incrfedible 60th Class Reunion.

Those who have been attending the annual Sequoia Alumni Association Barbecue picnic on campus each August are totally impressed with how great the campus looks and how the new buildings (except the very new gym) have the same Spanish architectural style as the great Sequoia we remember.  The Japanese Tea garden has been upgraded and the theatre was remodeled and there are new courses such as the Culinary Arts Classes aas well Health Care Careers and the Digital Arts Acasemy.

It is so much to be propud of!

Halfway To Our Next Reunion

The new gym (2011)
The new gym (2011)
By March 2013, halfway between our 50th and 55th reunions, many of our classmates have had new adventures, have gained new grandchildren or great grandchildren or other family members (some have even married), have started new projects, moved to wonderful vacation/retirement locations, or learned new things.  Of course, at our age we probably have gone through illness - our own or that of a loved one - and lost family members or dear friends.  But we keep on going, because we are Sequoians.
We have lost some classmates since last this site was updated, and some of them had fought valiantly against serious disease.  We have lost them, but we will not forget them.
Sequoia itself has added a large new gym that holds all 1,400 of its current students (about half the population that we faced in our first 2 years at Sequoia) Sequoia still boasts an incredible beautiful campus, ourstanding main buildings, a well maintained tea garden, and a reputation for excellent education.  It is still Unalayi - a Place of Friends.
Please go to Classmates or the Guest Book pages on this web site and add some notes on what has been happening in your life.  And I will continue to surf the web and check out Facebook and see what I can share about our fellow Class of 1960 folks.
And don't forget to come to our 100th reunion in August 2060!

Oh, how I hope I make it to 118 so I can attend our 100th reunion, even if it's in a wheelchair!
